United Nations International Day of Peace Celebration

Celebrate the United Nations International Day of Peace in Edmonton on September 21! Come check out displays and performances by local organizations striving for world peace. Refreshments will be served at this free event!

The United Nations Association in Canada will also officially launch its UniteYEG crowdmap project at this event. This initiative received funding from the Inspirit Foundation’s Pluralism Grant program and aims to give Edmontonians an opportunity to learn about the diversity within our City and to create an inclusive Edmonton.
