United Nations International Day of Peace Celebration

The Mahatma Gandhi Canadian Foundation for World Peace, The John Humphrey Centre for Human Rights and the United Nations Association in Canada-Edmonton Branch invite you to take part in Edmonton’s International Day of Peace Celebration.

All admission is free!
The event will be held on September 21st at Edmonton City Hall from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., and will hold a number of exhibits, speakers, and performers.

Monday, September 21, 2015

11:00-12:00 pm: “Partnerships for Peace – Dignity for All” Celebration indoors at
City Hall, City Room
12:00 p.m.: Peace Flag Raising Ceremony outside on the City Hall Plaza
10:00am-2:00p.m.: Displays by peace-related agencies indoors at City Hall, City Room
