The Annual General Meeting will begin at 7:15 p.m. after the public lecture.

The Annual General Meeting consists of reports from the President and Treasurer, and the election of the 2016-17 Board of Directors. The AGM is open to the public; however, only UNA-Canada members in good standing (i.e. membership has been paid for the current year) are eligible to vote and/or run for a position on the Board. Membership forms will be available at the meeting.

Important information about UNAC membership
Membership in our organization is open to anyone interested. Membership to UNA-Canada is by donation, and the amount is at your discretion. However, because UNA-Canada relies on membership donations to continue its important work, we encourage members to give as generously as they can. Thousands of students travel internationally each year to participate in NMUN with the same goal in mind: to discover the inner workings of the United Nations and develop their skills in diplomacy, negotiation, critical thinking, compromise, public speaking, writing, and research. As an active participant in NMUN, Aleah will share her  experience to give us an indepth look into one of the largest international student competitions.
